BR was one of the original surrogates to work in Northern California in the 1970′s.
She was well respected for her skills, compassion for her clients and effective treatment of intimacy disorders.
She was instrumental in the founding of BASA, the Bay Area Surrogates Association.
She began as an organizer, and then lead training classes which helped to prepare new surrogates for the work. Ultimately BASA disbanded and merged with the Los Angeles-based IPSA.
BR remains actively involved in a creative lifestyle and continues to grace people with her generosity of spirit and kind heart.
